About Shannon Stark, Owner
Shannon Stark came to contracting from a background in operations and project management, with more than 10 years of experience building processes and leading teams, plus an MBA and a PMP certification. That experience shapes how Shannon runs every job: clear estimates, prompt follow-up, and organized schedules. She knows an exterior project is a big investment, and she wants every homeowner to feel informed and confident from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
About Banner Projects
Banner Projects was founded in 2022 after Shannon & Taylor struggled to find reliable contractors for their own project needs and realized Taylor could provide the solution himself. With over a decade of experience in the Carpenters Union, Taylor founded Banner Projects on the pillars of clear communication, expert craftsmanship, and attention to detail — values that we still pride ourselves in today.
